kind staff make up for other shortcomings at this otherwise lovely hotel with spacious suites

The staff was kind and responsive. My room was spacious and clean. The breakfast area was well-maintained and enjoyable. I would stay here again.

Nice amenities like the outdoor fire pit and a spacious kitchen setup. Pool cleanliness definitely needs improvement. Could hear noise from neighboring rooms too.

great stay for the wedding!

I stayed 4 nights in a Queen Studio Suite with Two Queen Beds for my daughter's wedding. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, always smiling. The breakfast was a nice touch, too! One downside was the pool didn’t look great. it was kinda green. But honestly, loved the hospitality here!

During our family trip, we found the location to be convenient for exploring nearby parks and attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, but we encountered cleanliness issues that raised concerns. While we enjoyed the available kitchen for preparing snacks and meals, the lack of basic toiletries in the bathroom was disappointing.

Additionally, the key system was down at check-in, causing delays for me and other guests, which was frustrating.
